Last minute delays with chrome threatens to stall progress, and has Sr. OCC shucks some corn and plows into their next project, the world's first renewable fuel chopper for the Iowa Farm Bureau. But the mood in the shop quickly turns somber, when a long-time member of the crew calls it quits.

But what is remarkable to me is to watch the tradeoffs between Paul Sr and Paul Jr. Sr is all about schedules, business, and getting things done. Jr is younger and a bit sloppier with his work habit, but relentless in applying detail to making great bikes. Fortunately, the two are in constant battle with each other. Software is the same way. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to iterate on the design while in the implementation process. Anyway, the overlaps are amazing.
If you are planning to be a software manager soon, watch this show. Its really cool. There are some differences, though.
